Welcome to SPORTS PHYSIO LONDON.
By booking and attending an appointment with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients.

1. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointment Booking: All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking number, phone, email or in person.
Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 100% charge of the session fee.
No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in a full charge for the missed session.

2. Payment Policy
Payment Methods: We accept card payments only on-site. We do not accept cash or cheques. If a discounted package of sessions has been agreed / purchases, we do require payment in advance. In this case, you will be able to pay via bank transfer or a shared link.
Payment Timing: Payment is required immediately after your session unless otherwise agreed in advance.

3. Late Arrival Policy
Arriving Late: If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to ensure other clients are seen on time. The full session fee will still apply. Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period may be allowed at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed.

4. Session Duration and Practitioner Rights
Session Length: Treatment sessions are scheduled for a specified duration, typically 30, 45, or 60 minutes. Right to Reduce Session: We reserve the right to reduce the session length if you arrive late or if necessary due to other factors beyond our control. Clinical Discretion: Our practitioners reserve the right to discontinue treatment if they believe it is not in the patient’s best interest or if the patient is not adhering to clinical advice.

5. Client Responsibility
Medical History: Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date medical information. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the quality of care. Appropriate Attire: Please wear appropriate clothing to allow effective assessment and treatment. There are changing rooms as well as secure lockers in both of our facilities, therefore if needed you will have to ensure that you wear the appropriate clothing prior the start of the session. Compliance: Clients are expected to follow the treatment plan and advice provided by their physiotherapist for optimal results.

6. Liability
Personal Belongings: SPORTS PHYSIO LONDON is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during your visit. Medical Disclaimer: Our treatments aim to support your physical recovery but do not substitute for medical advice. Always consult your primary healthcare provider regarding medical concerns.

7. Data Protection
Confidentiality: We adhere to current data protection regulations to ensure the privacy and security of your personal information. Use of Data: Your information will only be used for clinical and administrative purposes and will not be shared without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
